How to Access Our Services

To be eligible for our services, you must register with My Aged Care and be over 65, or over 50 for Indigenous people. My Aged Care will provide all the information on how to access our aged care services. Once registered, our coordinator will visit the client to discuss their unique needs.

We’ll then organise transportation, visitation or other support services. NDIS clients can directly access our services by having their representative or coordinator contact us on 07 4953 4878.
